At Emontal, we are dedicated to providing exceptional mental and emotional health products and services. We understand that there may be instances where cancellations or refunds are necessary, and we have established the following policies to ensure transparency and fairness.

Cancellation Policy

It is important to note that no cancellations are permitted for books and audiobooks once the purchase is complete.

For our courses, cancellations are allowed only within the first 24 hours following the purchase. Any cancellation requests made after this period will not be accepted.

When it comes to consultations, cancellations are permissible only if the consultation has not yet occurred. However, no refund will be provided if the cancellation is made within three hours of the scheduled consultation time.

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund for courses, provided the refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase.

For consultations, a 75% refund will be issued if the cancellation adheres to our policy guidelines. Specifically, the cancellation must be made before the consultation has taken place and not within the three-hour window prior to the scheduled time.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for books and audiobooks, as these items are final sale upon completion of the purchase.

Exceptions and Special Cases

If you are not satisfied with a consultation, we may offer to change the consultant to better meet your needs. This option is available to ensure that you receive the best possible support.

For course purchases, if you are dissatisfied, you may claim a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
